On April 30, 2000 Cynthia Moss visited the L.A. Zoo ( http://www.lazoo.org/ ) to give a lecture at a sold-out event for L.A. Zoo members. She also visited Gita ( http://www.lazoo.org/elephants/gita.html ), one of the four elephants at the zoo ( http://www.lazoo.org/elephants/elephantbarn.html ).
