Amboseli Bulls![]() I took this shot of two bulls who were just taking a stroll along a dry lake bed, they came right up to our vehicle, veered to the left, then right back on to their original path. They made no noise as they walked by about 10 feet from us and I now know what it means to not only by in complete awe, but to also be completely in the moment. Wow, they are gorgeous! Our driver, Simon, said the one in behind is Adam, 45 years old, who raids the gardens at Tortilis Camp. Cheers,

Hi Noella,
I'm afraid Simon was mistaken - the second bull in your photo is Ezra, not Adam. I don't know who the other male is. Nonetheless, it's a lovely shot! Ezra is one of my favourite males.
best things,

I am so sorry to hear about what is happening in Amboseli, and especially with losing precious Ezra, I feel blessed that I have pictures of him and a video of him gracefully walking past our vehicle in September 2011. Love,
Noella

Hi Noella,
Thanks for your wishes; I was thinking of you as I was posting about Ezra. We are all doing okay, and looking to the rest of the elephants, who we can still work for. Hope to see you back in Amboseli some day,
Vicki
Thanks!
